yes. Me. I was an atheist through and through and could not stand christians, they sickened me. Them something happened in my life that is really too long to get into here, but it was the Hand of God, and I am converted. I still disagree with organized religion, however. Churches are just where shamed based familes go to use their shame based tactics on others, and to get reaffirmation that their shame based tactics are "good." But I love God with all my heart!

I am atheist and I enjoy discussing/debating religion with anyone who is interested and capable of rational thought. I suppose it is "fun" when people try to convert me. I don't know anyone who went from atheist to theist, but I know some that have gone the other way.

Yes, I know Mike Mirra from the Adventist Jackson Height Church in Queens new york. You can contact the church if you want. He went to Korea to spread the gospel. There is a picture of him at the website in a newsletter. There is also a picture of doing the children's story with sunglasses to help tell his story (it was more of a metaphor than a story).

There likely is, there are also likely to be people who realized how false religion is and came back to reality.

I think they are looking for something or they wouldn't be here. That would be like me going to a UFO blog and asking about anal probes or something right. I don't believe aliens care whats up my ***, so I don't go asking. So why do they come here?

Been on the good, neutral and bad side of that one bub, they've all got their pros and cons. Mostly, nowadays, I amuse myself by playing devil's advocate with whomever I'm speaking to, if you'll forgive the pun :)
