Dont you think it would be better to look into it from a wider aspect, & in a more matured way, and then form conclusions, instead of just blindly going along with the media. One has to also consider the political issues involved, in a majority of things.

My gf and I were discussing this. We concluded that to believe in no god requires as much faith as believing in a god, like how can one know for sure, either way? One could almost say atheism is a religion, or at the least very similar.

John (the guy that wrote that chapter) was banished to an island 13 square miles in area, a barren rock on a lonely sea. Little to eat, and little to drink, he spent the last of his days writing revelations in a cave.

True biblical scholars know very well that the violent imagery is directed at the Roman empire (Nero in particular), which is understandable since they're the ones that put him there. The "scholars" that disagree with this, are ignorant of the history of the Roman empire at that point in time.

Also, the fad in Rome during those years was to cook in lead pots, and eat on lead plates. I invite you believers of Revelations to do the same for a while and see if you have all you mental faculties afterwards.

Revelations needs to be removed from the bible. It is NOT the word of God.

yes i know race and religion are diffrent but everybody has their strength and weakness why hate when we should just grow up and accept each others instead of creating barriers. i dont know about you but i am a very diverse person and been brought up to respect everybody, i may not agree with it , but i will respect who they are.

If you absolutely had to choose, which would you rather be: blind or deaf??
I know the vast majority of you would rather be neither, but assuming you had only one of either choice, which would it be??
I'm deaf, by the way, and I would choose.... (surpriiiiiiiise) deafness. But that's just me.

everyone wants to say that preps are rich snobby and w/e just because stores like Abercrombie, Hollister etc. tend to be spendy but a lot of hip hop clothes are too like Rocawear, Southpole and same with just about every "label" there is out there. ok im an atheist and im just asking this for discussion i want to see what answers i get.
The ten commandments say we are not supposed to kill, yet god has killed more people than anyone else. We are taught to forgive and yet, God turned a woman into salt just for disobeying her husband. Why are his morals so much different from ours?
The punishment for adam and eve seems very unfair. it was just a freaking apple. they had no idea of the consequences! But God would not fogive them

This is one question I have always wondered about. According to Christian theology the Messiah was divine and this divine person was Jesus.

If this is so then certainly their must be evidence in the Old Testament that states that the Messiah was to be divine.

I have yet to find any evidence to that effect if someone can show me how it was predicted that the Messiah was to be divine please post it.

Ps I will verify what you have to say and shoot it down if it dose not pan out.
