Because people believe what they want.

My uncle helped liberate one of the concentration camps and it scarred him for life. He said it was real and several of his men were so shocked they started crying and couldn't stop for days.

During World War II there was no special effects that could replicate living skeletons.

In the news today there was a story about a Psalms book found in a bog in Ireland. In the news story they say the book was found turned to a page Where the Jews are complaining to God about all the nations trying to obliterate them.

God is not the author of confusion. Where there is confusion there God is not found.

There are people who believe that humans did not land on the moon. They say they were filmed by NASA on a special set that made it look like they were on the moon!

Those who deny the holocaust are a little more complicated but just as confused.

There are more and more insane people running around today than ever before. Some of these people will never get anything straight. Those who argued against a holocaust were put down years ago. I'm sure they keep popping up. Try not to let it bother you.

People aren't confused, they are misled. There are people who believe that the holocaust never happened. This is what they are taught to believe. Some people think that the Jews are just looking for something to whine about. Some people are actually taught by their parents that it never happened. Think about it.. do you think that those Germans who took part in the holocaust are proud of what they did.. don't you think it would be easier for them if they just went on telling people that it didn't happen or that it wasn't as bad as people say it was?

I think that anyone who doesn't believe in the holocaust should have to sit down with a holocaust survivor and listen to their story.

I'm offended by the statement someone made that many Christians hate Jews.. I'm a Christian and I don't hate Jews. Any real Christian doesn't hate anyone. And why would we hate Jews? They believe in the old testament same as we do.. they just haven't put their faith in the new testament.. not a reason to hate

I don't know! Why?
No, seriously! Confused people don't have a definite set of answers thet run their life by. People know where I'm "coming from" before I even open my mouth. If people would learn from their previous experiences and those of others, their path would seem clear. History is a huge set of previous experiences to learn from! I am very grounded and consistent. People admire that quality amd we all want to be liked for something! I have faith in God that leads me toward my path of standard and successful answers. Too many people are flying by the seat of their pants! And yes, I believe the holocaust happened.

Some people don't want to believe it happened. It's my understanding that while Germany doesn't deny that it happened, they don't teach anything about it either. So for someone who has never learned about the Holocaust it may be easier to pretend it never happened then to admit that people can do that. Especially if one of their relatives was a Nazi soldier or the like. They don't want to think their loved one(s) just killed people.

As for the conspiracy people...they are just a bit off.

It is a rare person that has not heard about the Jewish holocaust. But there also have been many others that are not as well known. But I can' t even remember them to give you the links to read up on them. I'm sorry about your family, good luck.

People disbelieve because of hatred for the Jews and in some cases due to hearing about it over and over makes a person either get bored or don't care. I know it was a horrible, horrible crime but people get immune to it because of hearing about it constantly and the fact that many Christians hate the Jews.

I don't think anyone is actually confused about it. Holocaust denial is a radical Muslim hate method of adding insult to injury.
