When I was a kid I lived pretty good and happy life. I still remember that feeling of peace and joy. Things like love was so natural for me so I just lived my life with the parents in my "natural" way. BUT by the certain age some people start explaining to me about the sin and that I am full of sins... Since then I still do not realize what I am sinful for.... No, I know all that stories from the Bible and other books about the sin.... However, I feel bad when I have to put myself in the position when "I am such a sinner, and the only salvation for me is Christ or whoever else" Because I do not feel I am a sinner..... Well I did some "sins" it is true.... But it is so wiered to place yourself in a position of "sinner" when you do not feel that you are the one.... and all is for the satisfaction of some people..... However, I do not feel it... I think it is hipocricy to present the things that you do not feel as if you do.... Anyone feels the same?

Most western religions (such as Islam and Christianity) trace their foundation to the city of Jerusalem. Could their higher power be the same entitiy, just different forms at different times?

I do not understand why some people wear Che Guevarra t-shirts when he used to follow instructions to execute people when he was with Castro. Why does anyone want to support that?

This is an opinion poll. I've seen some comments about Intelligent Design that are just inconsistant with what I understand it to be. I'm not asking for my own knowledge, but to gauge the "opinion" of the participants here. Please try to refrain from sarcasm. Otherwise, let's see what you all think.

I'm sure many people have heard or even said "it's the greatest thing since sliced bread" so does that mean that sliced bread is the greatest thing ever? If so, why? and who came up with this term? LOL

When we straight people think of homosexuality, we often picture 2 men or women having sex, not 2 men or women loving each other. And that's what causes some people to reject the idea. If I were gay, I'd call myself "homolover" or a "homoloving person", rather than homoSEXual, so as to emphasise that homosexuality (just as heterosexuality) is about feelings, and those feelings may INCLUDE sex. I guess fewer people are going to be homophobic, if they think it is two people loving each other.

Am I being too naive? I'm particularly interested in "homoloving" people's opinions.

I believe the events in Revelations (written by John) are a map of what is to happen. I feel that the end is close by, maybe 1 to 3 generations away, if that. No one kinows the date or time. But our earth is on countdown. Some mock the idea but in the end, everyone will know. I pray that God takes mercy on mankind.

Even when the words "people of color" is used, it is automatically assumed that black people are those people of color. I find that odd and disturbing. This is based on the responses that I have read where the word black or african american was not once mentioned only people of color. We always talk about different people of color but when it's controversial people of color are always assumed to be black.
