partial birth abortion is where they actually give birth then kill the baby by sticking knife in the brain thru the back of the skull.

if it was illegal already why is the ACLJ, fighting it in court right now to try to get one stopped?? I think this is out and out murder.

Nope... Because sometime it is needed... Now, if we limited abortion to those who had good reason to... and educated the population so those un-needed abortions would not be needed in the first place... Then ok.... But, It's going to be a long time before that happends...
