By 'sincere', I mean 'curious about the answer and wanting to learn' as opposed to 'launching into a tirade'. Can anyone find a single question posted here about evolution by somebody who actually wanted to learn about evolution?

And how many people will answer me by telling me that evolution is wrong or right (I didn't ask that)? How many people will give me lengthy cut-and-paste quotes?

always saying we dont do nothing but preach the word of god from door to door we i say if you preach the jesus of the nwt bible your a blasphemer preaching about a little god contradicting the all other bibles kjv,nkjv,niv,esv,nasb there is only one true god
there cant be 2 true gods or that would make jesus a false god because anyother god beside
jahovah is a false god. jesus and the father are one jesus is god who became flesh, the bible teaches that there is one true god father,son,holyspirit they are the one true god
all 3 are 1 god by nature and 3 in persons
thats why in the greek the name elohim is plural
and the word [one] is use as a compound unit
likelike when the man and the women became [one] compound unit. so if you teach a diffrent jesus you are not honoring the father to honor the father you must honor the the son.they wanted to kill jesus because he claim to be god

My friend is a total biotch but because she is good looking she still gets the best treatment from strangers, waitstaff, owners, managers at businesses etc.
My other friend is somewhat homely looking but the most sweet person you'd ever know...but she virtually gets ignored or snubbed by others.

Are people that shallow?

1 Peter 4:6
Peter says that "the Gospel was preached also to those who are dead." This appear to claim that people have a change to be saved after they die.
And Hebrews..9:27 insists that it is appointed for men to die once , but after this is the judgement

i was riding with my father in his car, and we seen this guy in a wheelchair by a bus stop and i started thinking maybe i should help him, so by the time i made the decision i was already home, so i walked back to the bus stop and seen him stuck on some rocks and i helped him out and asked him if i could help him and i pushed him about 2 miles on his way home it was by mine also and he said that he could do it the rest of the way, so i let him go and i headed home, i didnt want my mom to worry it was about 11 40 at night and i assumed he had done it before, considering hes been in there all his life as he said, i wonder what god thinks about these acts that we do??. i didnt just do it for god, i felt like i had to do it, and i wouldnt even be able to sleep if i didnt at least try and do something. What does this mean. maybe it doesnt mean anything. i just want to get some opions by some christians that have maybe done the same thing. This isnt the only good thing ive ever done either.

I have asked on numerous occasions for the Pro-life movement to give me one exact quote from the Bible that says that abortion is a sin. I guess the pro life movement is a brain dead movement. Not one person has given me a quote from the Bible that says that Abortion is a sin. And guess what---- I knew they couldn't because Christ himself uses abortion. God is not going to call something a sin if he does it himself. And God never says that Abortion Stops a Beating Heart, because it doesn't. God stops all hearts that need to be stopped. Abortion is simply the tool God uses to stop hearts. And God makes it clear that we are to use abortion to make the world a better place. God loves children and wants them to be loved, fed, given health care, and raised in a good family. If these things aren't there, God can simply transfer the soul of the Child to another fetus. Its really that simple. So the pro-life anti Christ movement needs to stop calling names and causing sin.

Okay...i'll do my apologies ahead. some will say i am a racist blah blah. But as i'm really not. This is what yahoo questions are for ..honest opinions on things we might not ask out in the blue. Our country is growing more and more weight wise. i live around both races...Have you seen a attractive overweight women ..even obese at that matter. ive been told that if you are saved that you will go to heaven. I have also heard that if you are saved but you commit suicide that you will still go to heaven. Others say that it is not true that you will go to hell. So which one is it?

Or are you making yourself available for serving at the church?
Baby sitting during service? Greeting at the entrance of the church?
Visiting old and sick? Helping feed the homeless? Delivering meals for the old? Helping cleaning church after the service?

If you are not, what is you view for what I just said?

My church encourages us to worship one hour a week, service one hour a week and study Scripture one hour a week.
