One is only inferior when he or she believes that he or she is superior. Instead of the question that assumes that a certain culture is inferior, I would like to know why you think that another culture is inferior? Also, what makes you feel that others are superior and in what ways?

First of all, typing in caps is RUDE! Are you afraid of black people, black sheep, black pens, magic markers, or what? If you give them a crap-aass education and tell them that they are worthless and have no function in society, of course they are going to be inferior.
If you give them a decent education and a chance to advance, you'll discover that they are not all that "inferior".
What about inferior whites, or is that an impossibility?
