What were you doing in your friend's house alone? Arent you supposed to be with your friend? Anyway, just be polite and decline in the best manner that your common sense leads you. A police report will only makes things worst especially for your friends mum. Maybe she has a psychological problem. But nonetheless, she was just asking, no force. The choice will still be yours.

get away....get away...tell someone....this is a serious offense and what she is doing is criminal.....don't be ashamed of yourself, you did nothing wrong. Your privates are supposed to feel good but an adult asking to see or touch them is wrong. Call a cop, tell a trusted adult, get out of there and don't let yourself be alone with this person. Sex is a beautiful thing for when you are older and with the right person...not your friend's mother....
