Sir Lionel Luckhoo (1914-1997) is considered one of the greatest lawyers in British history. He's recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records as the "World's Most Successful Advocate," with 245 consecutive murder acquittals. He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II -- twice. Luckhoo declared:

I humbly add I have spent more than 42 years as a defense trial lawyer appearing in many parts of the world and am still in active practice. I have been fortunate to secure a number of successes in jury trials and I say unequivocally the evidence for the Resurrection of Jesus Christ is so overwhelming that it compels acceptance by proof which leaves absolutely no room for doubt.

Your thoughts.

I'm educated, I work hard, and I can't seem to land a job that would allow me to pay the bills. I ask for more and it seems that God only says no. Am I missing something? It feels like I've sought the kingdom of God first and everything else is falling apart. Telling myself how much worse other people have it doesn't work anymore.

He was in Afganistan, and he died today in a hostile firing. She just found out when they came to her door. She is a good Christian girl who has brought me closer to Christ. What's a good prayer for her and her husband? She also is 22, with two kids, 11months, and 3 yrs.

"That which you do to the least of my brothers, that you do unto me." I believe Jesus said that. -

So some of you bring Muslims down to the "least" and judge the entire Islamic Community for the actions of a few. Were Christians any better durring the Crusades or Witch Hunts?

I'm a Christian too but I'll be d_mned if I ridicule other people who pray.

It's understandable why some people think that humans evolved from ape-like creatures, but how is saying that complex life forms arose spontaneously from molecules floating around in the sea any more plausible than myth? There is no proven mechanism by which molecules can give rise to simple organisms that later give rise to more complex ones like dinosaurs, just because evolution can happen among very closely related species. A single mutation
has very little chance of benefiting an organism, so the chances that millions of organisms can have the right combination of mutations to adapt to their environment is pretty much none. If you try to write a working code for a computer program by wildy mashing buttons, you will not make any progress even if you had all the time in the world. Evolution is the default theory based on process of elimination, for lack of a better explanation without using religion. Evidence of evolution or religion doesn't always have to exclude the other.
