Sir Lionel Luckhoo (1914-1997) is considered one of the greatest lawyers in British history. He's recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records as the "World's Most Successful Advocate," with 245 consecutive murder acquittals. He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth II -- twice. Luckhoo declared:

I humbly add I have spent more than 42 years as a defense trial lawyer appearing in many parts of the world and am still in active practice. I have been fortunate to secure a number of successes in jury trials and I say unequivocally the evidence for the Resurrection of Jesus Christ is so overwhelming that it compels acceptance by proof which leaves absolutely no room for doubt.

Your thoughts.

Some years ago, I saw Sir Lionel being interviewed on TV in
California. What an amazing person. But not only Sir Lionel
has given testimony for the Resurrection of Jesus, but I believe
Simon Greenleaf the great attorney gave similar
testimony many years ago. The evidence for the Resurrection
has been put forth many times. But unless a person is intellectually honest they just don't want to accept it. Because
if they did, then they would need to answer to God. And we
can't have that now, can we?
I Corinthians 13;8a, Love never fails!!!!!
And by the way, to quote Einstein, "The human race can be
compared to a bottle of milk. The Jew is the cream, and Jesus
Christ is the Cream of the cream".

What does a background in law have anything to do with the so called Resurrection?

A forensic scientist, coroner, philosopher and other professionals can make claims for or against whether or not the Resurrection occured. Personally, I think it's a myth. And that you're looking for applause or a pat on the back for your self proclaimed success.

That's cool. Well put. I agree, but I hope that an important man's opinion isn't going to convict anyone who's not already convicted. I challenge people to look at the evidence for themselves, not simply agree with Dan Brown (author of The DaVinci Code) or Jesus Christ because they are/were prominent respected men in their respective societies.

There is more proof of the existance of Jesus Christ then Julius Ceasar. But yet we are taught about Julius in school, not Jesus. The bible is an accurate account of the worlds history and the storys in it proven to be true.

Only those with the eyes to see, will ever see. Possibly the viewing of the Resurrection of Christ was seen by some, as they were the ones that could see the unseen, by others. There are many of us today that see the unseen, and many do not believe us! One must learn to see with his heart before he will ever see, understand, or participate, in the Resurrection. One, it would seem, needs to learn to listen to the thoughts that remain unspoken, as well.

I agree whole heartily. The problem with the secular world is the fear that there is an ultimate authority with absolute truths, because if God is real than they will have to answer for their deeds.
The problem is that putting your head in the sand doesn't work. You do not have to believe in God for Him to be.

Ouch! What a reality check on the day of judgment!

66 different books written in 150 yrs with no net, some ppl great distances apart... not much means to collaborate their stories yet magically it all comes together perfectly....(correct me if im wrong) i say there is no evidence that can refute thousands of ppl seeing Jesus first hand after the resurrection....but then there always was and always will be scoffers.. even Jesus knew that ;)

Yessir!!! If only people would stop being so defensive & take a look. Even Jewish people who read the Prophetic books re: Jesus are compelled to agree.
