do you mean where ? If so, heaven is on another plain of existance, far removed from the troubles of this world, possibly in a parallel universe. AS for hell, I don't believe there is such a place, so It doesn't exist.

As given in the Christian bible, heaven is where God is and hell is where God isn't.
Since God is spirit, heaven and hell are spiritual realms, not physical.
God created heaven and earth. Again heaven is where God is and earth is where man is. This again is a split between spiritual and physical.
Now things get complicated. Man is on the earth, but when he dies, where does he go? Some say man is dead until the resurrection. Some say heaven or hell depending on his/her behavior. But is a dead man physical? Or is he something more?
If you believe in the Christian bible, then the answers it provides will answer your question. But if you not believe the source for heaven and hell, you have your answer as well.

heaven is a beautiful desert island somwhere in the far pacific...you go there to relax and enjoy the peacefulness and bliss....hell is when you find out the island is inhabited by gays
