How can a logical being believe, BY CHANCE, that the earth was created from either a big bang or a microbe that just happened to be one day that happened to turn into a fish, that just happened to turn into a monkey? Why are we not seeing ape-man creatures coming out of the forests. Shouldn't things still be evolving into humans? We are far more complex than, lets say a wind up wrist watch. If you took that wrist watch all apart, threw it into a drawer and shook the drawer for 10 trillion years. Would the parts of the watch just happen to find all the right places and then wind up itself and run? Logically, I think not. What is your reasoning?

My family was just over, and they are very Christian. Pastors and all. It was hard for me to break away from Christianity and find my own beliefs.I get confused after they leave. They look at each other with this knowing look if they see cards, or give them my old Christian books that they asked for when I was done with them... I feel like I need to hide myself and perform to get the acceptence they claim they give in Chist-like love... Then they want my daughter to stay over for 3 or 4 days... but I don't want her too, because I don't want her head messed with at this young age. And because I don't want her to talk about re-incarnation or anything that will bring me more 'mercy' or 'love in Jesus' or 'prayers for the devil to get out of my life' or critism. When they leave, like just now, I feel like 'are they right and I'm really on the wrong path? Is Satan really in my head?', then I feel sad, confused. I was peaceful before they came over. Am I wrong to follow my heart?

I have the key americans, i heard that america is in bad shape i heard if this racism continues they will crack down.

1:(whites)communicate with black people be their friends act nice to them, dont over do it. some white people might think black people are filty and discusting, and thats rude.

2.(blacks) go to school, dont sell drugs, dont advertise bad influence, get educated, dont be rude, dont beat up white people.

Well, my mom and I believe in God and only God. We pray, but don't go to church. And we don't believe in prophets like Muhammad or Jesus. However, my grandparents and cousins and other relatives who are generations above us practice Islam. I'm just confused whether or not I have a religion, and if it is... what is it called?

My husband and I are members of a Private Club in Hong Kong. This morning, I had my son taken to the doctor for his 12th month immunization. Because he got very upset with the needles, I thought it would be nice to cheer him up by buying him a new toy for being brave anyway (he had 2 shots today!), so my (full time-stay-at-home) babysitter, my son and I ended up going up to the club so he could play in the kiddie's room while i lookedfor his toy.

When obliviously the public school system seems to challenge kids more. I attened a public school in a small community and in order to garduate from high school we had to pass state tests. the kids that went to the academy in my town didn't have to pass any state tests to graduate they only had to worry about classes. In order to recieve an high school diploma from the school I attended we had to pass Biology 1 state test, English 2 writing and mutiple choice, US history and Algebra 1 state test. WHy didi they give us so many test did we as students did not learn enogh in class. I believe that atteneding a public school has the best educatio so Why not give it the praise!!

1. It is arrogant
2. It is disrespect for other religions and disrespect for non-belivers
3. It doesn't make non-belivers uncofortable, it just pisses-off a lot of ppl
4. What if Muslims go in the middle of streets praying, what if Buddists meditate in McDonalds, what if every religion will expose their religion in public? Won't it look like mad house?
5. Praying in public is pure show-off of insecure people who need desperately attention
