Since we're born sinners, how could it be meaningless?

Good question; the Apostle Paul raised the same one in Romans 6; check it out. The conclusion Paul comes to is that Chirst death is not meaningless if we no longer sin. In fact not committing sin should be the goal of every Christian.

Who said it was meaningless? We shouldn't commit sin. By obeying God you show your love for him. You shouldn't commit sin to show you honor Jesus, you can honor him by thanking him in your prayers, telling people about his sacrifice, etc. Sinning is not the way to go.

Certainly an interesting perspective. I suppose such a painfull sacrifice is worthy of the most heinous of sins - at least the sex ones.

The sacrifice was for those in need. You have been invited to follow and be forgiven. I'm sure he would be fine with a decent being following their own path, so long as they remain true.

"YOU GONE BURN IN HELL."

Wow. A mispelling, improper use of tense, and it lacks a conjunction. Oh, and it's in all capitol letters. Well, at least you got the punctuation right (sort of).

YOU NEED LEARN LANGUAGE.

"Why not do evil that good may result...?" The Apostle Paul already dealt with this question, in the book of Romans.

Well hon, it's not like you could stop, even if you tried.

That's sort of the whole point of grace, isn't it?

It is by faith alone that we commit sins that are forgiven.
