Unfortunately, I don't think there is a way to convince someone like that, and all your efforts to prove it to them will just end in frustration for you.

I have met quite a few people who deny the Holocaust. For every proof you can offer them, they have a ready answer about why it's not true. I have heard everything from, "Yeah, a few people died, but they were mainly political dissidents," to "Those so-called 'survivors' are brainwashed and have had those numbers tattooed on their arms as part of a conspiracy to gain pity and sympathy for the Jews." Those who deny the Holocaust have built up an incredibly rich and varied body of work to try and prove that it did not happen, and to try and convince others of the truth of their views.

I am sorry to say this, but don't waste your time trying to change someone's mind about that. I just don't think it can be done. Those who deny the reality of it are, literally, in denial. They have made a conscious choice to close their eyes to the truth. The best you can hope for is that sometime they will have a moment of clarity, and will finally see the light.

I doubt we would spend millions of dollars on a Holocaust museum in Washington, DC, not to mention the smaller Holocaust memorials across our nation, if nothing happened. It wasn't all that long ago and there are still people alive today that survived it, helped stop it, and some that participated in the atrocities and are still hiding from the law...to this day.
Your 'denier friend' is an idiot. Tell them the Flat Earth Society is taking applicants and are planning a trip to the edge this year. They should go and jump off.

All holocaust deniers KNOW that it actually did happen. They state the opposite view to annoy reasonable people and to try and prove there neo-naziism

I don't know why people deny the holocaust. . .are they delsuion? My brother is one of these ignorant, neo-nazis. . .
Anyway, I have no idea how you could prove it without having an ex-nazi right there admitting to it. . .even then, how could it be proved?
The bottom line is, these dense people will never believe what they don't want to believe. You could find all the proof in the world and they would throw their proof right back in your face.
This is a closed-mind you're dealing with.

Anyone who seriously denies the Holocaust probably has major problems, so I wouldnd't waste my time. Seriously out of touch with reality!

I would never understand why and how people could ever deny the holocaust. I believe this person is just playing with your emotions or is lacking an emotional baseline in his personality. Don't try to argue with them, they are only trying to hurt you.

WHAT!!!

You seem like you can write OK and I take it you must be able to read, and that your eyes are not dysfunctional. Then you must be of an educational standard to understand WHAT HAPPENED.

Maybe all the other tyrants that you have heard about , are nice too

Obviously head in the the sand person, why did i bother! was it worth the 2 points!

Send them to a concentration camp. If they won't go to Germany take them to the Imperial War museum in London. It has loads of artifacts and interviews with survivors. It is really moving.

I think that anyone who is a holocasut denier will find "evidence" to the contrary of anything you will show or tell them. I don't know how to explain that the world is not flat to someone who is so dumb.
