go to the park and watch some moms and dads with their children, pets etc. Watch children play at the play ground. There are smiles to be made everywhere and there is no better place than at the park. Then walk around the town you live in. Go window shopping and look at the displays. Have a friend go bowling or minature golfing with you. Go to church on Sunday. When you get up in the mornings..look out the window and say, "Good morning world i am glad to see you today.' Above all Pray to God he will help you if you ask.

Well, you are definitely not alone. My life is super depressing, too.
The one thing I keep telling myself is that if I end it, I'm not the one who chooses whether I will get another chance, whatever happens after death. So, it is better to be in control of your destiny, more so than what ending it all would give you.
There are many things that depress. Some things will not be as important later on, other things are a pressing matter and cause anxiety continuously.
I often believe that my life can be much better, and that I can customize it if I can distance myself from all the people that depress me and cause me anguish. So, really, my prospects for the future are dependant on that. My mom has treated me as less than human. I'm 24, but she still manages to just yell and scream at me, and since she is my mom, no one ever believes me when I tell them that she is crazy. So, I've been trying to avoid her, until one day a year has passed. That way, it will send a message and after a year, resuming talks will be super-difficult. She will do something terrible to me, but then later on regret it and approach me as if she did nothing, because she is too stubborn to apologize. It will be super difficult since how she treated me as a kid has lead to me living alone and having no friends, but I will have to avoid and ignore her if she comes around again. The last argument we had...She was out of control and screaming with a red face. She throws stuff, and pokes me in the face with her long fingernails. I can't take it anymore, and life is depressing because my younger brother was the only friend I had, and now he is not answering my cellphone calls because he probably isn't allowed to talk to me.
So, what I'm trying to illustrate is that you are not alone in whatever predicament you may be in, there are other depressed individuals, and that we choose to continue on with life with the hopes of a better future than the present, and also justice. Maybe someday my mom's friends will believe what I've told them about her and disown her someday. That will vindicate me.

Try listing all the things you are grateful for. The list may be small at first, but the more you do it, the more you begin t o appreciate the small things. Living in the moment is also something that can help us appreciate life. Realize how fragile life is, and take time to enjoy the simple things.

I have no advice to give you.But the Truth is YOU were born to be a Royal Daughter of GOD! Your life matters very much! How clever a devil there is that BLINDS people to WHY they are even alive at all! Your Bible clearly states that Christ came telling about the KINGDOM of GOD in which we may inherit! No myth,no fable! They KILLED Christ for this message! And His followers! You are here to become Royal as GOD is Royal! You are here to train for RULERSHIP over this Earth and eventually the vast, endless Universe! WHY does noone read that in their Bible? It's been there all along! But most refuse to believe it,for it involves obeying GOD and His ways! GOD is a ROYAL God! A King! Read the first 3 Chapters of Revelation! We who choose to BELIEVE God and OBEY Him will inherit a Crown,a Throne, and Power to Rule! We will make the "X-Men" look silly in comparison! So,in conclusion, your life was meant to be FULL of hope for the future! You are the supreme masterpiece of an ingenious GOD! He wants you to act, speak, think, and train to be a Royal Princess in His Family forever! So much for a life without purpose! Prince David/House of David

Just think a lot of people have it worst then you. A lot of people have promblems probary even worst then you could ever have, just be grateful for your life. A lot of people lost their lives day by day, and they wish they could live life but they cant. Just try to do things that make you happy, dont just forcuse on the negative things in your life. Just whatever makes you happy just act on it.

You should love and live life. There should and always (hopefully) will be something good that happens. I have a bad life too. To start out, my dad left us when i was five or six. I am over it now and don't care bc i have a stepdad who loves me more than life itself. if something like that doesn't happen, MAKE something good to keep you going. take a day to do something for you. You sound a lot like my friend and he says it's good to have me there to be his friend. if you have friends, family or anything for comfort, you shouldn't be thinking about anything bad. have good days!!! :)

If a Doctor told you ,
you had 2 weeks to live,,,,
you would see real fast
what a wonderful world this is.
and would appreciate all around you.
Don't be negative, your only bringing yourself down, Get out and see and enjoy what is around you. Keep open minded, let new things in. My Thoughts are with you.......Peace.

well, i could tell you about all those africans starving, or the chinese babies being eaten for food, or the 9 year old whores in laos, but perhaps youd forget about them soon as you got depressed again.
try volunteering, maybe going outdoors to hike at beautiful places, like national parks, work out if you are chubby...

Stop looking for the world to fulfill you... and let God into your life who will never leave you. Let Jesus Christ be your beacon.
You may think it’s a stupid answer but I absolutely guarantee your life will change for the better, what do have to lose.
