I seem to have no boundaries and have problems with assertiveness. My biggest problem is that I'm a people pleaser and don't want to rock the boat even if it's to my detriment. I do this instinctively and frequently don't notice that my boundaries have been violated after the fact. Unfortunatley, I grew up in a household where my boundaries were constantly violated. I was an unwanted child and my parents resented me and made it clear that I had to earn my keep. I've always been put in double binds. For example, i would get in trouble if I didn't help out but when complimented by my parents friends would get hit and yelled at because apparently I was a fake.. I'm very sensitive and to this day seem to struggle with double binds that enforce on myself. I can't seem to make myself happy.

Ok maybe I am being superstious..Yesterday at work a bird kept hitting our door (a sparrow)..Then he'd peck at the door (all day)..I woke up this morning after having a dream of giving birth to a beautiful baby boy..I was 9 months pregnant in my dream and in labor, not realizing I was pregnant. My husband and family were there, and it seemed so real. My water even broke and I felt the labor pains and was breathing and pushing. I have never had that kind of dream before, but then I started thinking about the bird, and remembering how my grandma used to say both the bird and dreaming of a baby is a sign someone is going to die..I dont consider myself superstious but isnt it weird both things happened in one day?

Does the same personality always do the dreaming, if so is it the dominant personality during waking that dreams? Does the personality active when the person goes to sleep generally do the dreaming? Otherwise, if multiple personalities participate in dreaming is it one at a time in their own dreams, can the various personalities interact in a single dream, or can multiple dreams occur at once to different personalities?

I have all these ideas that come to me and some are really good ones and some are just stupid but I have thoughts racing through my mind all the time. Why are some people like that while others seem clear headed and content with just a few things going on in their life?

I've been on some really bad ones before at Six Flags (Vertical Velocity, Roar, etc); the only ones I can really stand are the rides that don't go more than 20 mph, i.e. the kiddie rides. I hate the drops and the fast turns. My friends are merciless, and I will literally be _dragged_ into a ride with a 150ft drop. We're going in August, and I'd rather not be the only one to drop out because I'm a chicken.

Any advice? My chest gets tight just thinking about roller coasters; this is more than what "ride a ride a lot until you start to like it" can help. The chances something'll happen to me is slim to none, I know, but the actual fear of being strapped down by nothing more than a belt, with my legs dangling a hundred feet above the ground, is overwhelming.

I've been on Medusa, Vertical Velocity, and the rest of the ones that make you crap your pants. Is there some sort of medication I can take before getting on the ride, to help deal with the heights and speed?
