find something or someone who makes you happy. or try not to think about it, like dont worry about it and it might not happen.

Most of the things that we perceive as problems are not really that bad, so try to put them in perspective. Instead of avoiding thinking about the problem, analyze the possible outcomes and devise a response for each. Worry is natures way of telling us that we need to change something. If however you are coping with something that can't be changed and is truly horrible, like the possibility of your child's death, get anti anxiety medication to help you function.

what i did is I write down in my journal whatever thoughts i have in mind, this is where i reveal my emotions. this makes me feel good afterwards. (don't try to read back what you have written before, the same feeling might come back again). It is also best to share your experiences with someone who can give you the opinions and suggestions that could somehow enlighten your mind. the best choice is still at your hand.

Try meditating or thinking about some soothing memories. You can also watch a nice relaxing movie/video and maybe it will keep your mind off your issues.
