My lack of sleep for the last couple of nights, and my job is in jeopardy due to business losses. The good news it is Friday finally. In a few hours, I can forget about work and concentrate on getting some sleep this weekend.

Have just had an operation and dont feel well enough to go out, but have run out of painkillers and the pain is starting to return. My partner is not home until 7 tonight. Might have to look in the yellow pages and find a dial a buddy. God damn, eveyone is working.

That am I going to be able to sleep after just coming in from a graveyard shift (03.00 to 11.00) with all the racket going on next door with building work. before I go and pick up the kids at 4pm from school and take them the 10 miles to there after school activities.... And get ready for a 3am start again tomorrow!!

the thing that gets me stressed out is the state that is country is getting itself into:-
over the top health and safety laws
political correctness.....aaaaaaahhh!!!!
people who say they are being bullied because they did something wrong at work and actually got a telling off for it!!
the nanny state we have become......my grand chidlrens sports have been cancelled for the third time because the GRASS WAS DAMP!!!..........for god sake i remember doing my sports in the rain!!...and survived
and paedophiles getting off with the disgusting things that they do to kids but if you steal a rare birds eggs you go to jail or fined £10,000
