Last night I dreamt I was swimming in a river when all of a sudden I noticed the wrist on my right hand was covered in leaches. I couldn't pull them off and I started to panic and feel really helpless. What do you think it means?

What's the psychology behind sarcasm? Is it the result of repressed emotions, or insecurities?

I can't walk through a clothing store and see a piece of clothing that has fallen off a hanger onto the floor, and just leave it there. I have to pick it up. As retarded as it sounds, I feel bad for it. It deserves to be back on the rack and get its fair share of attention, not be stepped on and disregarded.
Why??
Yea, I know. Issues--probably enough to buy a pychiatrist a Porshe. I guess some things I'll never truly understand and I guess thats OK.

My boyfriend Kevin and I have been together for about 3 years since we were both 19.His best friend of 5 years, Jake and my best friend of 7 years, Casey have been dating for about a year now and we would hang out together a lot. One night 6 months ago we arranged for the 4 of us to go to this party and both my boyfriend and best friend couldn't make it so me and Jake went together. We flirted most of the night and ended up sleeping together. We felt like total **** about it the next day because my boyfriend pretty much worshipped the ground I walked on and my best friend adored Jake. We agreed to keep it a secret which turned into a 6 month affair that neither of our partners ever suspected. We probably would've felt guilty as hell if we hadn't had so much fun together and had the motto that you’re only young once. Two weeks ago we got caught and our partners went nuts. I've had my BMW keyed, the word “****” spray painted on my car, Jake’s car got bashed with a baseball bat and his tires slashed which my they’re getting the bill for. They’re being really childish about all of this and making idiots out of themselves. What is wrong with these people?

Yes, before you argue, it is deliberate, because it happens often. Why does he do this? He's in his 40's for goodness sake. I'm a temp by the way.

When I talk to people, I have problems maintaining eye-contact... It's not that I'm being shifty or untruthful, it's more that... I sort of... I'm wondering if they are thinking I'm weird for holding their gaze, or if I look uncomfortable or if I'm drawing attention to myself or whatever. So my eyes dart around, and I'm sure I look shifty eyed...

My Irish form tutor said that where he was from it was impolite to hold eye contact, so he looked at people's mouths instead - with him you can't tell at all, so I tried that... possibly with the result of my female french teacher thinking I have a crush on her... Not Good...

It's really a problem, I think, of worrying how I come across to people - I don't want to have an antagonistic stare! Or for everyone to think I fancy them coz I hold eye contact for too long...

The whole thing just makes me uncomfortable, does anyone have any ideas to help?

Thanks...

I am not asking about the whole burial, decomp, etc process ...as I've learned enough about this in one of my classes.

I am just curious as to others beliefs.

Thanks,

EVERY DAY & NIGHT I FACE LOT OF PROBLEM.
I CAN'T CONTROL FROM CRYING.NO WORDS EXPLAIN MY FEELINGS.

I don't get me sometimes. I am drawn to them like a moth, who knowingly is trying to flap his wings backward from the flame, but can't. Its not that I feel I am an answer to anyone's prayers. I just feel the need to be there and help. I need to figure their pain out because I feel it too. I keep thinking that if I can ease things a bit or give a glimmer of hope than we're all better for it. Even people I have had a bad history with- I still want to help sort things out for them, make sure that the most stinging pain is better. After that I can go on being disgruntled or disappointed or whatever. How twisted is that?

Alright, I don't really seem to have a problem talking with attractive girls if they are around or whatever. But I start talking to some frequently at school and whatnot, and after a bit of talking, I want to ask for their phone number or something, but in the back of my mind, I start thinking I shouldn't because I am probably not their type, or it would be really awkward, or they would think I am weird for making a move or something. Anyway, I am wondering if these doubts are a sign of low self esteem on my part. I think I have had this problem for awhile. I am told quite a bit that I am attractive and whatnot, but I still get these doubts in my mind, and usually don't end up asking for a number or anything. Is there any advise to help overcome this? It is really very annoying.

I am a recovering anorexic/bulimic. Under ALOT of stress with work. These feelings I used to have seem to resurfacing. Could use some advice. It's like when everytime I close my eyes they are bringing themselves back. I find myself reverting to old habits, and there's not alot I can do with them. I feel like it is sneaking up on me and I don't know what to do.
