please tell me a fear so i can overcome mine!

my biggest fear is death..... to overcome it i have began to practice a very liberating form of meditation called the Quan Yin Method ..... " contemplation of the inner light and sound" which is your soul...

I fear failure and disapproval, at least by those I love....
If I had overcome it, I would have had many more accomplishments and a better career because I would not have been afraid to try more things.
If I had not worried about disapproval, I would have married a really great man (even better than the one I am married to) and would have joined a military service branch, even though my parents disapproved.
My hopes and prayers are with you in overcoming your fear.
Read books, and just do it... You may look down the line some years and regret and have no way of going back...
