Last night I dreamt I was swimming in a river when all of a sudden I noticed the wrist on my right hand was covered in leaches. I couldn't pull them off and I started to panic and feel really helpless. What do you think it means?

All it takes to dream about something like that is to think about it and be disturbed or interested in your waking state. I'm creeped out by some types of centipedes and fascinated by tornados while I'm awake... and whaddya know... I often dream about them both.
