You need to talk to someone and get some help. It sounds like you are facing anxiety and depression at the same time and that's a dangerous combination.

Please seek out help. Go see your Doctor and tell him or her what you said here. They will be able to start to give you some help.

I would urge you not to ignore this problem but let a health official know, a school counsellor know, and especially your family physician.

If you feel overwhelmed it is okay to call your community's suicide hot line. They will be happy to speak to you even if you are not feeling suicidal and they will know about programs and resources you will find helpful.

Something I found helpful is when something really made me angry (just using an example here) is to sit and write out why I'm angry and such. Then when I was done I would find that I felt better about the situation. I also find that listening to my favorite music (which is also very relaxing) is very helpful to keeping me relaxed.

I do agree that you need to discuss this concern with your mom as well, and also see your dr to see what they can do to try and help. Sometimes anxiety can be a symptom of something physically wrong such as with the thyroid. I'm in the process to get ready to find out if my thyroid is playing in to my anxiety issue that I have going on top of other issues when it comes to my health.

Pls talk to your mom and dr about this as well.

There are two CD's. One is called AM Meditations and the other is called PM meditations. Both are by a woman named Gael Chiarella. I highly recommend both. They clear your mind and really help you focus on the day or end the day peacefully.
