I've always wondered why people suddenly start to turn or swival in their chairs. Any ideas why? Nervousness is obviously one of the possible reasons but doesn't seem like a major on. I ask because a co worker suddenly started swivaling & it just seemed odd & like it shouldnt be nerves.

Let me get to the point before i start to explain y i feel this way..

Okay i have serious anger issues...i used to get angry about any thing and hit people all the time and say hateful words.. but i have toned it down and kept it tucked away for a whole year now(such progress right?)..

The reason i have tried to control the anger is because i want people to not think of me as the "psycho" but as a friend or normal froend.. just me..and thats wut ive done ive been nice and pretty normal but for some reason tehse people i think are friends just tear me down after ive made such progress..

No matter how nice i am i get the occasional "psycho"..."crazy"..u kno like people would make these remarks as if i was made of steel..

It got to a point where I would cry myself to sleep evrynight thinking of how no one seemed to care ...no one seemed to like me for me... I used to cut but i got over that too..
(more details to be continued)

There was an out-of-print CD that I had been looking for for months. It normally doesn't sell for much at all (especially for being out-of-print). After months of searching, I finally found someone auctioning it on an auction site. There were quite a few bidders, though, and I ended up paying $40 (about) for it. But, when the CD came it had many scratches and smudges (it still worked, and the seller never said anything about its condition). So that was my first mistake: I should've asked for the condition. But, just one mere week later, someone else had the CD for auction in much better condition and it went for just $15 (a $25 difference). That was my second mistake: thinking I wouldn't see the CD again on the auction site. I know $25 doesn't seem like a lot for some people, but I seriously can't get over it, which is odd since I can normally get over my mistakes. I'm constantly thinking about it and yelling at myself for those two mistakes. How can I get over thinking about that?

This is a follow-up to a previous question of mine. I am just wondering if any of you or someone you know is aroused by the thought of being hypnotized or hypnotizing someone?

For the past 6 years I've been trapped in an unstable religous state of mind inwhich I want to be one religion one day and another one the next day. I confuese the hell out of people and myself. I wish I had one identity. I'm so double minded. I can't stand it. I just want to be one person with one belief. But then of course when I think I've found what I truely believe some born again Christian has to come along and mess it up for me. I think I'm just very easily influenced by others. I'm like a blank stem cell. I become what ever you put me next to. But there are things that I like about every religion and things I hate about every religion. What do I do? I've studied everything you can think of. Christianity, Wicca, Budahism, Taoistm, Islam, Jehovah's Witness, Mormonism, Unity, Unitarian, Quaker. And many others I probally can't remember. The more religions I study the more confuessed I get but I'm addicted to studying more of them. I want to study Moonies but I know it'll mess more

The hurts we experience in life seldom seem useful at the time, but can they make us stronger? Or do they defeat us? I mean the child who is told "You'll never amount to anything" Or "You are just stupid! You're way to ugly for anyone to ever love you!You are lazy! You are to much of a sissy to be my son!"I think that words can distroy a self esteem and that sometime,it takes years of therapy to undo the hurt.Have you or anyone you know been able to over come in spite of words that hurt?

A Soldier Is:
Soldiers come in all shapes, shades, weights, sizes, and states of sobriety, misery, and confusion. He is sly as a fox, has the nerve of a dope addict, the stories of an old sailor, the sincerity of a politician, and the subtly of Mt. Saint Helen. He is extremely irresistible, totally irrational and completely indestructible.

A Soldier is a Soldier all his life. He is a magical creature. You
can kick him out of your house but not out of your heart. You can take him off your mailing list but not off your mind. soldier are found everywhere... in love...in battle... in lust... in trouble...in

the guy i was dating called me a" strange woman, borderline, shrink and dr. so and so" because he was hungry and wanted to eat(I did not know that, I learnt it later), and I suggested to study first then joked about giving him massages. he said that I was moody since I wanted to study first then joking about massages. i had 4 exams next day and stressed out, but joking was relaxing. How do you explain his behavior? i have never told him that he was this and that but he was analyzing me and he was calling me a "shrink" at the same time.
