EVERY year I get so messed up when the time changes, I get tired early and wake up at weird times in the middle of the night - then I am tired all day because I didn't sleep right! I wish the time change thing would STOP ALREADY! It takes me a month to get on the new time clock schedule, twice a year, I hate it!

What I find is that right before Daylight Savings Time, I actually start waking up earlier and earlier....and once it hits, I actually start waking up at the right "time".
