Hmmm. I'm sorry, but this sounds like an immature joke to me, but if not, then please don't take offense. Lets see if we can deal with this... logically...
You always forget your name:
Perhaps you feel nervous around other people. Sometimes nerves cause you to forget to put clothes on, remember your name, or even talk in general. If breathing wasn't involuntary, I bet our entire RACE would be DEAD by the time we even KNOW what nerves are. Are you shy? Is your name hard to pronounce? Is it too common?
Perhaps you're brainwashing yourself with too much tv/computer. Or, maybe, you read too much and get so into the story that you believe you ARE the character. It happens. It's happened to me.
Just work on confidence and get some exercise so your brain functions better.
Care Bears follow you:
Wow. Ok, lets see. Maybe you had a bad experience with care bears. If so, it could've gotten to you psychologically. Even if you don't remember, ask your parents about them.
Or, maybe Care Bears just freak you out like tellitubies (Yeah, I'm sorry, I KNOW that's spelled incorrectly). Maybe their intense bright colors and freaky talking and those weird, alien signals creep you out.
Or, maybe you WANT the care bears to follow you. Maybe you're alone in life. Maybe you just want something to hug and squeeze. Maybe you just want something to care for you. Maybe... you just NEED a Care Bear hug.
It might be a metaphor. Since you only see the Care Bears out of the CORNER of your eye, you see people are nice and caring at first glance, but when you look at them straight, the Care Bear, the caring part of someone, has vanished.
Get a friend.
Talk about it to her.
Just have someone to hug and maybe their Care Bears will go away.
Or, perhaps you need to see a shrink to help you deal with the Care Bear problems.
Gus:
Maybe you just want a clown to always look after you, and that's why he lives in your nostrils. He's always with you to make you laugh or smile. Do you even feel like a dunce in school? Do people make fun of you? Tell you you're ugly? Maybe Gus is just there to make you feel better by being more of a moron. It's possible.
Again, get a friend who can stick up for you or a shrink you can talk it over with.
Hot things taking over the world:
This one's very radical. Again, did you ever have a problem with being burned as a child or something? I'm willing to guess that's why you don't like them. Maybe you think they are a danger, since they can hurt.
But please, think of this logically, only HUMANS can end the world as we know it. The hot things are just the weapons. Instead of fearing the material object, fear the villains themselves.
Spoons, pecans, and snowmen excite you:
Well, everybody needs SOME entertainment. It sounds as if your hyper. Do you like the taste of pecans? Do spoons just feel good against your skin? Or do you like spoons because you can see your reflection upside down. Perhaps another psychological thing. You see the world upside down and the spoon makes it so, so that's exciting to you. And snowmen are the opposite of your fear: hot things. So, perhaps, you think the snowmen are going to save you from the hot objects.
This is normal for a very imaginative child. I suggest you talk about it with someone, such as a friend, parent, guidance counselor, or psycologist.
And if this is a joke, I hope you understand my seriousness. YahooAnswers is for answering questions, whether kidding or not. I wish you luck in your future and hope you think things out more logically than assuming your crazy.
But I do suggest you talk things over with a doctor before diagnosing yourself.

In order to lose something, one must have it first. By the way, how come you forget your name but not that of Gus?

Sounds like schizophrenia. There is medication and therapy available through psychiatry. Forgetting you name is serious. Inner fear is serious. It wouldn't be shameful to get professional help.

No. You are only losing your mind if the Care Bears are in the left corner. Rest assured, you are fine.

It's ok. You are having some hallucinations. Maybe you should talk to someone, like a professional.

Relax, it's nothing serious. All you need is a little more love and attention. Once you get it, you'll stop with all the lies and be cured.

Don't fight it. Let the sweet rapture of insanity permeate every fiber of your being. Don't be scared. You sound content.
