I am trying to read the book called the secret and I am having a hard time with it . I find it so hard to believe that just by wanting and thinking something will make it come to you . Has anyone out there ever tried practicing this and what were the results .

I dreamt that i was a naughty maybe rebellious teenager cooking a stew for lots of people......I fancied a celebrity that was there and suddenly my sunday school teacher from way back when piped up and said to the celebrity 'oh just talk to her at least then i only have to give her warnings about her behaviour' so he telephoned me and the next minute he was there with me holding my hand and looking in my eyes..

I just think it's strange as i havent dreamt about a celebrity since i was a teenager but lately they are coming thick and fast and not with the same celebrities....im a dream slapper lolol

I've just started school to obtain my Associate Degree in Economic Crime: Criminal Justice and will get my BA in the same, however I have no idea what to obtain my master's in - I feel as if I do not know what I want to be when I grow up. I would like to work in the legal / law enforcement area for sure, but do not know exactly where. I am thinking Psychology but what can I do with that degree, in that particular field? I am seeking some positive feed back please.

Have found out that an ex collegue ( not a nasty character but very selfish,moany and snappy) has gone skiiing and broken his leg. Many have laughed at his misfortune but I don't find it funny at all as his injury might cause all sorts of probs on the long run.Do other people lack empathy?

with the child. Child-same sex as mom, has been in her bed since day #1. Child will be 9 this year. We see the marraige is a joke and have encouraged dad to move child into her own room, but no one will take action...not mom, not dad...and they don't listen to family...So how will this affect the child? She will probably stay in mom's bed until college.

was in a relationship with a man who was mentally cruel......he played with me not just me others too. He left a message on my answer phone a month ago accusing me of snooping his mail and sending mail to other women warning them. I was incenced and did not respond and have not responded at all. However it has been told to me that he is slagging me off saying I did and saying am nuts and worse. This is breaking my heart. I am in a no win situation he never gave me a chance had his mind convinced it was me from the onset. He is a messer but pretends he is a good guy and many of us fall for it. Any suggestions as to how I can get my sanity and self respect back....am truly lost at the moment so don't be harsh.....i know i have been a fool but he is taking the high moral tone in this......and it is killing me .

i dont know if this guy likes me or just flirting with me. He's my crush for about a month already. I go beyond the supposed limitation when I text him anonymously (though its really me!) I pretended that I'm a friend of the person who has a crush on him. So to make it short we are exchanging text and in the office he's kinda always there for me, he will always ask me if im ok, always checking what im doin. he will not miss a day without saying hi or asking me if its is my endshift already. he even say my hair is beautiful!We've got the chance actually to talk if what is my future plan in the company, what are my goals and even asked me what are my likes (he's once my supervisor, but right now ive got another one though he's still my boss). im just confused because he's so nice to me (so nice to be true) even some of my co-employee that he's somehow so close to me. im confused already (note:i think he has this idea that it is also me who's texting him, he told me that also).

Although I have had a very bad childhood, I have become very spiritual after I enlisted in the U.S. Army. I spend a lot of time reading scriptures and learning wisdom from older people to become wiser and smarter.

However, I still have that fire in me from my bad childhood experiences. I can snap out very easily and I can become a wild beast. Does this mean that I am very egoistic when I am not motivated in any way to look better than you.

I usually snap out and feel very violent when someone shows a great amount of disrespect to me or anyone who does not deserve it.
