A lot of soul searching and time with your own self. remember though a person changed like the earth turns it is constant, one day we are one way the next it could all be different.

It is impossible to find yourself because you're constantly changing. However, if you pay attention to your reactions to the stimulae of life, you get closer and closer. If you believe in a succession of existences, you may try a hypnotist. Curiosity is not a good reason to do it, but I believe you are sincere in your research. Read Dr Brian Weiss' books and you'll understand what I mean. I spent all my life in the same quest, and ended up remembering facts, places, and knowing myself a little better.
