Its the fear of rejection especially when it comes to love. If you're really feeling what you say and that you're saying it to a person, you don;'t want to be judged or rejected so the fear makes us tremble. It also to do with self confidence and being ready to accept what ever is the reaction. so when we're not ready to accept anything said back, we fear of rejection and tremble.

Maybe you're the type of person that has trouble expressing your feelings? Maybe your loved ones don't know how you really feel deep down inside and you're afraid of what they'll think if you tell them your true feelings.
I'm willing to bet they'll accept you just as you are if they love you.
I have read that when you you are afraid to do something - just get out there and do it!! Yes, you'll be afraid, but every time you express your true feelings it will become easier and easier.
Good luck!!!

Mind is riddled with lot of secrets; when we try to reveal them it makes us insecure. When we talk to a lovable person we have many expectations which causes fear of rejection. Biologically, when we reveal our inner feelings, adrenalin and other hormones are secreted which causes trembling.

because usually our feelings are not good, or may hurt the other. which may in turn change the way the relationship goes, causing massive pain and suffering until finally separation and off the bridge you go, simply because you shared your feeling. unless they are good feelings, please refrain from sharing your negaitve feelings. i dont want to fish you out of the river tomorrow.

As we love them a lot we will not want to hurt their feelings just by expressing our feelings to them.

Well, typically u shouldnt be unless u are nervous about something else.. or if infact ur feelings arent real that could do it too. If u feelings are real then u should be calm and collective about it.
