Absolutely not, how can you plan for all the little random things that pop up during any given day? Count yourself lucky if you can stay on task for one long term goal at a time. I think the best plan is to have a rough plan for your life (I want to be successful, I want to help other people, I want to be educated, whatever) and try to fit some small thing to further that goal into each day.

I suppose it's the question of self control...If one is aware of everything he's up to, he must know for sure what he's actually doing, whatever it is...There are actions of course, that seem to us unconscious, in fact they're learned routine and it's quite possible we don't give them much attention, so we think they're independent from reason...So the answer in my opinion is yes, for most of actions performed and no for some minor actions performed as a routine...
