Why do they try and turn it into a universal system that covers everything? If you don't believe me you are in denial.

i believe it is the human virtue to forgive and understand that it is god's place to forgive and your place to acknowledge this. if you be atheist then exclude the part on god

the other day i was reported by two people i hadn't even offended for writing a criticism to another person that posted. then i withdrew my question because i was sorry and felt i had been rude. i made a new question apologizing for my comment if i offended anyone and those two individuals wrote to me...one said i was playing the role of martyr and wasnt really sorry
and the other said she was reporting me again for insult to injury!

is this right? shouldn't a person's apology be respected. it hurt me deeply because i dont even find it my place to forgive or punish and someone can accuse me of being insincere without even knowing me...i hadn't even used any vulgar language
if it isnt in human nature to forgive i am deeply aggrieved and this occurrence really shook me.
please reply seriously.

I don't deal with it very well. I spend too much time reading, watching tv, and talking on the phone instead of cooking good meals and cleaning. I love cooking and cleaning with someone else around but doing those things by myself makes me feel even lonelier. Therefore, I have a boring diet and my house is quite messy. Most people don't know how lonely I feel because I am fine when I am at work, with friends, or out and about. The lonliness at home is a problem because I am pretty depressed when I am at home alone. If I could get over it, I am sure I could be much more productive at home.

Do you imagine them standing in a field and actually count them one by one? Do you imagine them running by and count them as they pass by? Wouldn't all of this stimulation just keep you awake, it seems like alot to do when trying to fall asleep....

i want to break out of my shy shell. I'm quiet and shy and have trouble expressing myself. When people talk to me i usually cant think of anything to respond with so i just nod my head or laugh or sumthin stupid. i dont kno what to do.

ive asked this question before but i wasnt detailed enough some people said its a Poltergeist, i dont think its that.. there was no movement of objects or doors/windows..

i was awake and the phone rang, none of the phones were plugged in and the cells were off. i then fell asleep and had a dream of something banging my walls. before i could open my eyes, a female voice said "we'll be back" it didnt sound nice either.

I wasnt sleeping, i went upstairs and slept in a different room, had a dream with walls banging again, nothing else. Can anyone tell me waht this means or what sort of thing does this?

(btw about 6-7 years ago we had a priest come in, because there was a bitten piece of black bread layin near our door step almost every friday before 6am, after that it was gone)

The birthday party is being held for a physician I work with. He awarded me last year for excellence in my field. I am fine when I am at work, but socially on the outside, I guess you could say my self esteem is just crap, and I am getting really nervous because I am expected to show up at the party place in 2 hours. It makes me have a sick feeling in my throat and I cannot decide what to wear, what to take along, and how to behave when I get there. My neighbor friend is supposed to meet me there. I asked him to go just for moral support and now I am not sure if that was such a good idea. All of the other partiers will be bringing their spouses and significant others. How do I cope with all of this? I need advice quick.

I usually only use the bathroom 0 or 1 times a day, but I can't stop today!! (and I haven't even had my breakfast yet!- it's 11:58 Maui time)

I dreamed one of my cousins who is going through a very rough time. He's a heavy smoker, drinker and drug user and he is extremely close to hitting rock bottom. I haven't seen him for quite a while now and the other day I had a dream about him, but in my dream he was some sort of authority, like a detective or police officer and was clean, well dresses and sharp looking, he looked very intelligent and professional. Well, I was driving on the road when I was pulled over by him and for whatever reason he would not cut me a break, he gave a ticket and would not let me go. So, the next morning I remember my dream and wondered why all of a sudden he appeared in my dream after not having any contact for a long time plus he was very opposite to what he really is. I'm just curious, I'm afraid that maybe something happen to him, cause nobody knows where he is. can you tell me if I'm just making non sense or if it means anything at all.

I have a DVD drive thing and when I put a disc in it knows what movie it is, but then this box comes up and I click the folder and then there are a bunch of files on it - which I'm guessing are the chapters or something like that - but then the computer says it doesn't know what the file type is so it can't read it.
what do i do?
