Yes, I'm stressed because:
1. My brother and his wife are visiting for Christmas, and my house is a wreck.
2. I spent all my money on Christmas gifts, tree, decorations, shopping, etc, and now I don't have any money to pay my bills.
3. I'm at work when I don't want to be. I would rather be at home spending quality time with my family for the holidays.
4. My commute to work has been bad the last few weeks, severe fog, and heavy rain causing me to be late a lot. This morning I had to drive through about 5 blocks of water on the road.
5. I don't like the fact that I only have 1 day off for Christmas.

Here is a list of simple things 1. Get vigorous exercise each day 2. No alcohol at all (yeah, I know you're 14) 3. No coffee/tea/cola/chocolate because they have caffeine 4. Write down a list of your problems and solutions for them. 5. Self help books, such as The New Mood Therapy 6. Relaxation techniques, such as meditation 7. Best would be to have cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) 8. Medications and herbal stuff (herbal nonsence) are things you should avoid. Anxiety is very treatable. If you do not treat it, it is miserable, tends to persist and can stop you doing as well as you want to. P.S. You don't literally have high blood pressure.

I am quite often stressed out. Life is always hard but within the last year things got ALLOT worse.
On December 24th 2005 my Dad went into the hospital for kidney stones. He got out on January 9th 2006 on hospice as they had decided his Cancer was not going to go away.
Earlier in December my grandmother broker 2 of her ribs. Around the 27th of December she fell and hit her head. She was admitted to the hospital around the 6th of January 2006. She died at 6:00am on Friday January the 13th. Incidental they were going to let her go home on Hospice on the 13th.
I got my classification as being Schizophrenic late last year. To make up for the fact I can't work they send $402. They then told me to not use it for household income. I did get them to alter that. Now I will be getting around $300.00 for myself and $300.00 for the household expenses.
This leaves most/all the weight and responsibility on my Mother. She works as a Bus driver for the Douglas County School System. They are not biting at her telling her to decrease her hours.
We have friends around who would gladly help, but mostly feel it is not their burden to carry.
This is just a sample of what is going on.
