I take it out on everyone and i hate it.
I don't knwo how to calm down except to stay to yself adn then i get told im anti-social.
I need some good productive ways to get rid of my anger and keep it under contral.
Help please?

am so mad at my bf because he always cancels his plans on me last minutes before letting me know...so that I could not make any other plans because it's already always late...it has happen in the past many times and I ignored it and tried to dont make a big deal out of it....Im a kind of person who sticks in her plans..values her time and very organized..I got mad because he is too inconsiderate and doesn;t respect my time that I planed to be with him already..(Im not talking bout emergeny times I definitly understand that situation ) But canceling for bullshit reasons pisses me off. I feel so angry and unhappy because this attitude is to immature...That makes me feel unimportant and so that..I was so mad at him and didnt answer his calls..untill now..so I dont know what to do...Im still so mad and also want him come and apologize for what he has done..need some help to calm myself down and some advice how to talk to him to get the best result out of it without hurting his feelings..

It is very hard for me to concentrate when someone is teaching.

Let me explain, if I even can. Often I will have an experience of deja vu, but it is not really my current situation that is familiar, but I will "see" a situation in my mind and when I see that situation, I will feel like I have seen that situation before. I know this sounds kinda strange, but it happens. Then, later, I will experience this situation and the feeling of Deja Vu will be very strange, like seeing your reflection in opposing mirrors, it just keeps going forever. Does anyone know what I am talking about?

and when people who you dont quite like offer to help you...you feel like telling them to ' shut it ' or ' shut up '.

im a clannish person and tend to want to accept help from people like me who hold similar values.

if i get a strange, weird or unfamiliar person offering to help me...i feel enraged....& i clench my teeth.

im 30 years old...with borderline personality ...i live alone in an empty flat with no posessions....ive aged....i have physical imperfections....2 missing teeth....torn ankle ligaments.
ive never been in a relationship ever, never made any friends. either.
ive never been employed....never gained qualifications and right now....my life looks very bleak.

im trying to get help for myself...but i feel ostracized...alienated by society.
people are standoffish and aloof with me...look at me strangely.
and i feel like smashing my computer apart...& my whole flat....battering everything . and then smashing my skull open.

im really depressed, angry about my pathetic life

since starting high-school it's been quite a shock to discover that i'm not really good at anything, and am especially bad in maths,and physics...well, pretty much everything. is there a way to "improve" my IQ or am i stuck 2 being dumb all my life. i try 2 study, and always pay attention in class but u can't really learn maths by heart. i'm afraid i'll become a nerd to compensate my lack of intelligence...what can i do become smarter??

Last nite I dreamt a guy was outside my door with a screwdriver screwing the screws off my lock trying to get in my apt to GET ME. In the dream, the guy was someone I was seeing but I didnt want to see him anymore. When I realized he was trying to break into my apt I ran out thru my fire escape window, but on one of the fire escape step-landings some "stairs" were missing, the railing was loose, turned into wire & I almost lost my balance & fell. I made it down a few flights but the guy still managed to find me & was trying to get to me to hurt/hassle me. There were others around who stopped him & calmed him down. In the dream I was sh.itting with fear of this man & even though the people held him back & calmed him down, I still felt like he was going to come after me again when the people were not around. The dream scared me so bad I woke up feeling so afraid & shaken I felt weak. 2 days ago I broke it off with a guy I recently started seeing. Anyone know what this dream may mean?

See i'm that kind of person because i believe that too much emotion is a sign of weakness so my emotions are like a bottle of soda. If you shake it up,(i feel a certain way) , you let out little air or carbon at a time. And it doesen't explode.

Last night I had a dream that I was going to the grocery store with a male friend, on the way in we ran into a guy who was friendly at first and struck up a relativly normal conversation at first, but the guy I was with said something that accidently offended him and he got very angry very fast, he pulled out a gun on us, my friend tried to knock him out before he could shoot, but the guy was faster and knocked him to the ground, then he had me and a bunch of other innocent witnesses line up, and he held us there with a gun threatening to kill us if any of us spoke I was crying and he told me if I didn't shut up he was going to kill this other girl and it would be my fault, so I sucked up all my emotions and stayed quite, he moved away from her and came up beside me and said "see, sometimes doing what is hard for you to do will end up rewarding you the most" then I woke up feeling anxious, any thoughts?
