I really feel bad for ruining my ex-husband's life by leaving him so many times and then returning.

I feel sad that he is alone now because I will be keeping my daughter with me now.

I really don't know how to break away from him and not feel so guilty.

I have always lived in hope that he would change and realize his mistakes.

I feel sad and guilty for ruining and creating havoc in his and my daughter's life.

I wish my life was not so difficult and I had a "normal" life.

How do I not feel so guilty toward him?

I'm not referring to the fact that I think someone may be talking about me, I hate the sound of people whispering. I was in the library and people were whispering I would rather they had talked in a normal voice I would have found it less disturbing. I even hate whispering on TV or films. Anyone else and any theories why this is?

I was involved in an accident last week. A motorcyle rear-ended me at 125 mph. It totaled my car & ejected him (I saw his body flying over the car & I saw him land. When I walked up to him he was barely breathing. We both got sent to ER & all the way their all I could think about was this person flipping through the air & wondering if he was ok. After all my x-rays & doctor telling me I had cervical & thoratic strain he gave me meds & sent me home. I found out from family that night the man didn't make it. I haven't slept a solid 2 hours in the last week. I went back to the doctor this past Friday, told him I couldn't sleep. He gave me some muscle-relaxer pills to help with the swelling of my throat & to help me sleep. But it still hasn't help. I am sore but I think it's the emotional stress more than anything. My work has went down the past week b/c I can't concentrate, my mind wonders off. I need help. I am going back to doctor Thursday. Thanks.
