You know what? This is a brave but ignorant question...I'm sure that I don't have to go into detail "why", but How Can You Tell The Person's Race Based Off Of Their Avatar. I've met plenty of black, mexican, asian, indian and so on...and their picture is sooo inaccurate to their stereotyped appearance. Of course there are intelligent black males out there...

I'm sure there are many intelligent black men on YA!. If some black male/males have offended you in some way with their "views", you still should not take it as a representative of their general opinion.
Anyway, I advise you to delete this question in case someone reports it for racism.

i have not found this to be true. and we both know that there are plenty of trolls that come on yahoo answers just to be stupid, and get a rise out of people. those trolls are male, female, black, white, and every other demographic. i think that we simply see ignorance from a black person as a reflection of their race, whereas when it comes from a white person it is a reflection of that person, nothing more.

There are I have dated a few, and I have to agree with Meme on her answer and add that geniuses get angry from time to time, getting angry or even being racist doesnt make someone unintelligent overall, it just makes them ignorant about race so basically you and those men you are mentioning are ignorant not necessarily unintelligent. What you see is just another example of internet trolling. The regulars just ignore this as the person making these comments is just trying to cause people to become emotional. I would bet money that the person writing those comments is not even a person of colour.

YES there are a lot of intelligent black males and females, as there are intelligent white, blue or green males and females. But there are always dense ones in between all these colours, stupidity is democratic, intelligence is an option.

First of all, I'm surprised somebody would post this question. It shows bravery, and some ignorance too.
How can you tell who is white and who is black? Avatar pictures are not reliable. Mine is a white female with copper hair, but I modeled her after my best friend. I myself am black with black hair.
Also, the question is very vague. How many comments have you view? "Most" could be 3 out of the only four you've ever seen. "Disrepect" could be anything from "I don't like to date white women" to "Shoot her in the head!"
To answer your question, there are millions of intelligent, respectful, hard-working black men in the world--you just have to open your eyes and broaden your horizons!

There's plenty of intelligent black males. Martin Luther King Jr. was African American, and he was VERY intelligent!
