Offhand, I can think of Monsey, NY.

When I was a small child, I had 2nd cousins who lived there--it was truly the country--we couldn't see another house from theirs. When I went back to NY in the 90s, my boss (a rabbi), told me just how large that now, city, had gotten--and that it was composed primarily of more than Orthodox Jewish people.

Pikesville Maryland probably is one.....

I should clarify that since Baltimore County doesn't actually have any incorporated "towns" per say, Pikesville is probably technically more of a community than a "town", though the same type of setting would probably be called a "town" elsewhere.

Locals around Baltimore have always called it "Jewtown".
