I'm doing a paper on how corruption under Abacha's rule affected the economy of Nigeria from 1995-2000. I need to quantify the information so I'm looking at the factors that show the growth of an economy.

You won't be able to quantify a thing. Quantification begins with reliable records, and Nigerian government has never been known for meticulous record-keeping. The only numbers that are somewhat reliable are those of the deposits made by Abacha and his top lieutenants in various banks in Europe, U.S., and South Africa.

Nope. I don't know a thing. I can't even keep up with USA economics. Do a google search using several variations of your question. Good Luck.
