I have read several posts from people who say they feel lonely and I would like to help but I don't know how. I think it's sad that in a world full of people someone should have to feel that way. What do lonely people want, and what, if anything, can we all do to help?

There is all of this talk about spiritual transcendence these days. How do we recognize it? How can these individuals be supported and valued in our society. This is a proven process recorded over the last 5000 years. Western psychological hospitals screen for these special experiences so that individuals don't get labeled as psychotic while entering and negotiating this process.

im 14 and i have VERY BAD panick attacks and anxiety and i've been to my doctor and the anti depressants he gave me didnt work i've been on several ssri's but they just gave me headaches and suicidal thoughts.

he said he couldnt help me any further.i don't know what to do. oh and i went to therapy 8 different therapists and they did nothing to help also.

where do i turn? i wanted benzos to calm me but idk what to do. im trapped. i get them panick attacks so much now, and no ones taking me seriously or helping me. i don't know what to do

a while ago I was on a bad road anyways I got really sick & I had to go to the hospital, while at the hospital I had this dream:
There was nothing but dark blue water I felt as if I was sailing but there was no boaat . you could see the reflection of light from the moon & stars& was starting to get a little scared of having nothin but water surround me.then this bright light starts to shine down..as I approach this light this white horse comes galloping on the water like he was on a dirt path. I suddenly was in a cave wearing a shawl over my head. I started saying "just let me touch him! just let me touch him!" ..then a man from a pit in the cave reached for my hand I i helped him up as he got up he gave me a kiss & I was happy i realized I was in the cave where Jesus was resurrected & I was helping him up!! then the scene changed & I was right in front of the devil dazed in his evil eyes ..I stared saying I will never love you I will alway love god! he disappered into a fire circle

I had just gotten up to get ready for school & I turned on the tv to watch the weather. They broke in for a special report & at that time, only one of the towers had been hit. So basically we watched it as it happened. It was terrifying...I called my mom & she hadn't heard yet & all I said was "turn on the tv--now"..There was such an eerie feeling in the air that day. The sky was overcast & everyone was talking & sad & totally flabbergasted at what was happening.

I mean like a 1/2 hour, *Full Force* fit over something she will later admit is not important.

***THIS IS NOT A PMS ISSUE, THESE EPISODES ARE 3-4 MONTHS APART AND DO NOT SYNC WITH PERIODS***

They are extreme enough that if I had a tranquilizer gun, I would drop her. Yet when she's done she says "Oops sorry" and goes on as if nothing has happened and wonders why I'm freaked out.

Is this a *Chick thing*? is it a mental illness?
I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like this?

With the exception of these rage fits , she seems to be fairly normal.

I had this dream were everyone was running from something then meteorites landed and one squashed me and killed me.
