Something new will happen, like bringing you a new life. Death means new life in dreams. Good luck to you!

You know we're gonna die sooner or later, preferably later. Anyway, if you want my opinion, it could be that the crushing weight of the meteor is something going on in your life right now. Are you at odds with a love interest? Are you happy at work and have you met your quota? Are you bills piling up on you? What in your life has you so worried that you're dreaming that the sky is falling down on you? Think about it in this way and you will answer your own question.

I often die in my dreams. I think they may be because I had several near-death experiences in childhood. I presume my subconscious is still processing the emotions that went along with those experiences, and to some extent, preparing me for death as I gained an intimate awareness of it so early in life.

I think you need to figure this out on your own and how it relates to your life. Also, get a medical check-up in case you have sleep apnoea or some other medical condition which may be giving you a sense of dying or loss of consciousness. I have heard similar dreams from people suffering oxygen-starvation.

Dreams mean different things to different people. There is no one right answer that will be consistent to everyone who has a similar dream. Instead, try reflecting on what has been going on in your life lately. Is there anything that has been giving you a lot of stress? Are you feeling rushed? Dreams are thought to be a person's way of processing, integrating, and encoding information that has been presented during the day.

there is an old wives tale that if you die in your dreams then you die for real...obvious twaddle as you are still with us!
I agree with others on here; death in a dream doesn't have to be a negative thing but merely an ending to one chapter in your life and a beginning to another, have you recently changed jobs? started/ended a relationship? if so this is likely to be the explanation. happy dreaming : )

To make a long story short, U don't like what is going on with wars and Global warming, and are afraid of your own and loved ones mortality. This is only the opinion of another mere mortal-ME.

To dream of your own death, indicates a transitional phase in your life. You are becoming more enlightened or spiritual. Alternatively, you are trying desperately to escape the demands of your daily life.

If you believe in this stuff, the meteor crushing you could symbolize an event that crushed u emotionally. If nothing has happened to u,then idk, lol
