You need a balance,
for health you need a little wealth (Especially in America)
wealth is not an amount of money, its how you perceive the money you have.
To enjoy friends you need a certain amount of health, and the wealth to buy your round of beers

Friends. Because health is big and important too, but if you have friends they make you not feel as bad about it and you know you have somebody if you need them. Wealth makes people happy, or so it seems, but it can only buy objects, not friendship, trust or loyalty. There is no price you can put on friendship, and I honestly believe that.

From your three choices I'd definitely say friends.(first in mine is family then friends) Reason being is whether or not I have my health or wealth makes no difference to my friends. They love me for me.There is a quote that answers this beautifully too. "Don't value the things you have in your life but value who you have in your life". Nothing means more to me than the people I love, they're irreplacable.

Self realization. Because it is truth and truth is most important to me. We are not this material body IE Race, color, nationality, religion, mind, intellect, job, etc. We are eternal spirit souls, part and parcel of the Supreme Soul also known as Krishna, Allah, Jehovah, Vishnu, etc. We never die only the body dies. It is important for me to attain my true realization of my actual identity, beyond this material body and my eternal relationship with the creatro named above. That is considered the Goal of human life according to the ancient Vedas. The quickest way to attain this is to chant the maha Mantra (the great mantra for deliverance from all suffering and illusion.) for info on this go to harekrishnatemple.com Read Bhagavad Gita as it is By BHaktivedatana Prahupada- tells the purpose of human life and how to attain the highest goal and be truly happy.

All 3 . They are all important and they go hand in hand.
Health, I need to have good health to live a long life.
Wealth, money is not everything but it helps.
Friends, we all need someone every now and then to talk to and to share our lives with.

Friends...without friends a person could get lost in this life. Money can go away...health can always fail..but by definition, friends will always be there.

Health.
Being healthy frees your mind and spirit.
Health can lead to wealth, because one has a clear mind to think and work without illness.
When one is healthy, there is no stress and without stress one can have positive relationships with friends.
