In life you have to choose your battles otherwise you get overwhelmed by the small things and have nothing left for the larger ones. Keep a journal or just write on paper the problem you are facing,then write down what could happen.Later write down what happened did what you think would happen,happen?Usually not.

Try this. Go out at night, look at the stars. realize that you and your life are just little specs in the universe. Realize how big the universe is, or just the earth, with billions of people. all sweating the big and small stuff. Your life is just a very small part of it all, and sweating the small stuff is very insignificant in the big scheme. If the small stuff doesn't go you way, it's really no big deal. The universe survives. Do what you can, change what you can, deal with anything within your reach, then leave everything else to the universe.

By focusing on things that make you happy, people you love, and all the things that are going right in your life. To sweat the small stuff just brings you more small stuff to sweat.

I think about people who would love to be in my situation. Even though some things may suck, there are tons of people who have it way worse. Try to be grateful for the things that you do have and realize that unfortunate happenings are just a fact of life. You can't change them but you can change how you react to them.

think " there are worst things than this, this is easy too get through" i just say those starving children in africa have too deall with life they dont care about small things and they dont even care about big things
