I think there's something in your life that you are seriously threatened by.. you should take time to think about what in your life could be stressing you out so much and causing these dreams.. You need to face this fear of whatever you have, and when you do, the dreams will stop.

Dreams are ways your mind tells you how you are dealing with things in real life. Are you fearful of something in real life?

Dreams are based on symbolic images that we have stored from footage our brains film during the day and then draw from at night to tell these stories. Where does the footage of the bear come from ? Did you see a bear in a zoo? Did you hear of someone getting attacked by one? Did you see a movie with a bear attack? Why did you choose a bear to represent a danger that you are running from? Why not a ghost or an evil dark figure, or a tornado? Figure this out and this might help you figure out what you are afraid of encountering in your everyday life.

The bear represents something that is chasing you and is really big and a threat to you. The bear is getting closer and closer. Are you worried about something in your life that is becoming a bigger and bigger threat to you that you just cannot "out-run"? Are you afraid that if you face it it will get the best of you, kind of like the bear might do in your dream?

Remember that you are in control of your dreams. Even if you do this in your conscious mind, take the time to play the image of the bear chasing you and some other response that you want to have toward it. Could you make friends with it? Could you open your mouth and roar back and make it run or cry? Could it turn into a giant stuffed animal that you then cuddle up into and relax? See yourself conquering this animal. If you can, tell yourself in the dream that, "This is only a dream and I have to do something about the bear." Then do something positive that makes you feel powerful and take care of the bear.

In your everyday life, figure out what the bear is symbolic of. What problem or person is giving you the same fear in your life? What can you do to keep yourself safe? What can you do to conquer your fear? Trust yourself--you can feel powerful. You can be safe. Try it and good blessings to you!

Bears symbolically represent someone or something which is a very strong devourer. It can be someone in your life who you have a fear of and who you see as menacing, power, and a threat to you. It can be a man or a woman in your life.

Holly, this one I know for a fact...the bear is the spirit of competition....someone/something is trying to keep a guy that's right for you away from you! This is a fact!!!!!!!! The only way for you to overcome this bear is to NOT have any fear of it or else you'll never overcome it!
