SET YOUR GOAL, THINK WHAT DO YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE, YOU KNOW YOU ARE BETTER THAN THE OTHERS, remember that might happen if you win. Oh and one more thing "LOSING DOESN'T MEANS YOU'RE A LOSER, SOMETIMES LOSERS ARE WINNERS" ....^_^

I used to visualize the game in my head before we took the field. I played football when we got the gameplan and the scouting reports I would visualize the plays and me performing at the highest level on each play

this is going to sound silly, i know, but my sensai once told me that he would prepare for competitions by standing, facing a wall, and cupping his hands around his eyes, so he couldnt see anything around him-He'd then count to ten as many times as he could, as fast as he could, 'til he felt like he had a better focus. He says it helps your reaction time, too.
