yes it is my friend you have to stop desiring what others have because the grass always looks greener on the other side. stop comparin yourself to other people and think about what you can do to better yourself, and yes i believe lonliness can play a huge part in jealousy.

it's not easy to get rid of, it takes time and the first part is to figure out why someone is jealous, then why that makes them feel jealous. Usually it's a lack of something i.e. love, affection, attention, and so on. One of the best ways is to distract your mind to something you like and stop thinking of whatever makes you feel jealous. The more you think on how upset you are, or how much something makes you angry the more jealous you'll become, and with that comes insecurity. Also if you have someone you can talk to that you trust, it helps to get feelings out. Even with small children this works.

Depends what your insecure about. Like I used to be cubby, then I started going to the gym alot to where I was fit (somewhat fit anyway). If your insecure talking to people then just force yourself to talk to alot of people & practice. In other words just go bite the bullet & do whatever makes you feel unfortable until your comfortable doing it.

Unless your insecure about something you can't change, like your eyes being too close together. If that's the case, your on your own.

have an open heart and open mind don't be afraid of someone to be better than you be fair and accept that the other person really deserve to win that's for jealousy.insecurity you have to trust the person you love because if you are insecure with them they will feel like that they are trapped and they want to get out when they are trapped means that you'll end up losing them instead of keeping them.

It is part of your brain function, you can't get rid of it you just have to learn to control it. How, I don't know everything, just a little bit about everything.
