I broke a MiniDV camera in school today by dropping it.
I was forgiven... but I can't get the feeling of guilt to go away.

I already wrote an e-mail of apology...

How do I get rid of this feeling?

Thanks for your observation.

I think most friends are pretty much "loyal"..but when you're stuck in high school...its a time when people are still growing and naive in perhaps many ways. But i dont feel that give you the excuse to actually go out the way and do or say something that your friend might find personal. So has of your friends done something that you expected them not to...?

So about a week ago me and this girl I realllly like made out a bit, but the next day she said she only wants to be friends. So we went to a movie a few days ago and she started holding my hand and what not, obviously it didnt go as far as the other time, but she seed to really like me. Since then we've gone back to school and she hangs out with me quite a lot, but kids have kinda been teasing me and her about it. She says it wont happen again when someone asked her and she told my friend that she thinks it would be weird for me to ask her out because I know were only friends. (She told me that on msn by the way that she told him that) But she never actually went and told ME that. I've told her I liked her and she knows it. I cant tell if she likes me as friends or mabe more and just tells people that she only thinks of us as friends because I havent asked her out and because they bug her about it. Plus I kinda told her I wouldnt ask her out because i was told she didnt want me to.

We are always complaining in our lives. Somethings we want much more, other things we want a litlle bit, but we are never satisfied with we have. Didn't you never stop and think in what is enough to you? What is enough in your life, that you don't want much more or don't much less?

Hey,

It's been bothering me a lot recently how easy I am to set off and get upset. I can cry about practically anything, happiness, sadness, anger, and it is so easy for me to become angry, just little tiny things can piss me off no end and it's getting me down.

Friends that I have had a while now I just snap, or go in moods, simply because of tiny things like 'they don't want to come out tonight'.

I was raised an only child and I am guessing I am probably spoilt as... It annoys me most when things do not go my way.. I realise I am getting angry but at the time I do not care. I hate it. I really do.

Is there any excersises, physical or mentally, that can be done to help toughen up someones emotional side? I have nothing against showing your feelings or emotions but god... I show them far to much, I need to regain control...

I used to care a lot about my grades and study habits in 10th grade and i even used to be on the debate team. Now i don't do sh*it. I am so lazy and I frankly don't care that I am failing all my courses. I don't even want to do a lot of the things i normally enjoy anymore. Is this depression? Now that i am in 11th grade I know that it is important and I will probably end up going to a community college. But how come i don't care?? and will i be like this for the rest of my life? I keep telling myself over and over that I will change, and yet i never do. Help??

the more I tried to confront him ,the more he avoided me. I know he lied to me because he was ashamed. I even tried to be forgiving just so he would talk to me about it, but he won't even talk to me. He had another ex call me and ask me what I wanted from him??!! Why would he do this? Why cant he talk to me about any of this?? We were very close, and I thought he would have been able to tell me anything, but he wont now.
Can anyone please give me advise. The last message I told him that it was ok, I just wished he had told me the truth. But nothing. Is he ashamed, embarrased? Will he ever come around. At first, I was angry and I told him how mad I was, very shocked, but the last message I told him that no matter what, I only wanted him to be happy and I hope it all works out for him, even if I did find out all this stuff.
