i guess you are filipina and one bad trait that is pinoy that i noticed from you is you talk and blab a lot . why didn't you just let it go when he agreed to feed it to the dogs ? you are like my grandma who always annoyed my grandpa with her constant yakking . sad to say but you have got to let go of that annoying filipino attitude of neverending nagging your spouse ......

hahahahahahahahahaha. OKAY wow - you have a sense of humor. But since I do too - I will play along and answer your question. ...
The reason why your husband didn't understand the things you were saying could be a number of things...
First of all - Maybe he is just retarded and doesn't understand orders from a person -try barking at him. That is usually the language of males anyways.
Second of all.... perhaps he is just lazy or he doesn't like dogs. Or perhaps he was communicating with the dog with this "barking" language I am speaking of.
Third of all.... he probably didn't understand a single word you were saying. Does your high school english teacher know you speak this way? I recognized about 145 mis-pronunciations, and missed punctuation in this paragraph you wrote. I think you need to take a class in english. or have some children and when they get to the second grade- go to class with them.
Hopes this helps :)

Hmmm interesting........ Firstly, you should never give a dog chicken bones of any kind. They splinter and can cause many health problems for the dog. As for the reason you husband is mad.......... Who knows. There doesn't seems to be a reason for him to be angry, unless he's jealous because the dogs had chicken and he had fish. Have you tried asking him why he got angry? Communication in any relationship is key.
