It is weird. When I have a huge argument with people which involves name calling, I get some sort of a high. Also when people hate me (which is very common, because people tend to think that I am oddly happy... and weird... my nickname is smiley even though I tend to curse like a sailor and blurt out weird things) it tends to make me feel... uhh.. almighty. For instance, I know that one of my teachers hate me, but when he was bitchin' at the editors before the school bell rang, I just wanted to laugh so hard... only because I knew that it would bother him... my boyfriend's friends (whom are girls) tend to hate me as well. They say rude things when I am around... I don't say anything ('cause i'll go all psycho), but I smile and walk away.

Is this normal?

...Females are more sensitive, males also they just don't show it. So if females cry and talk with their friends they will get over it sooner, while males after a break up they take action go out with friends, find another sweetheart but they don't face with the fact that they are not anymore with someone that they used to love.

I read this in a magazine, and I'm not trying to take sides...I just want opinions from both sides.

thank you.

Suppose hypothetically, 10,000 people were marooned on a fertile, bountiful, secluded island and in time they had all occupied their own plot of land and become: farmers, planters, fishermen, miners, foresters, builders, printers and other service personal and manufacturers. They then agreed to form a government and create a reserve bank. Bearing in mind that there would be privately owned supplies of gold, silver and paper on the island, how would the newly elected Reserve Bank Chairman create the monetary system? Specific answers please on what he/she would actually do (!), rather than generalisations about GDP, confidence in the currency system etc., etc.

Not that long ago the Federal Reserve put out an article that wasn't too conclusive about the impact of ethnic names on employment opportunities. Does anyone have experience here? Will Keisha get fewer interviews than say Jane Doe for the same job--if they have equal skills? If so why? What conclusions are you making?

Most intellecutual and educated females are single. And man run away from that kind of secure type of females...and then say that they are complicated and can't deal with them. Do you agree?

He said there was nothinng goiong on between them any more. I never honestly believed him because I had caught hthem at a mutual freinds house on eveing. He didn't respond to my statement " You made your choice I hope you're happy, and left". That was 4 years back. @days after that incident he was calling me over & over till I gave in. Well we got back togetger, Things went well for awhile. Bottom line is he aren't together antmore, But he's back with her. Ring on her finger the whole nine-yards. But ever 2-3 weeks apart faithfully he comes to be with me. We are exceptionally good in bed. And I do mean that we fit like a very expensive , elkegantly made glove. You get my drift. We get along well. As a matter of fact, he's the man I had always wished for when we were together. We don't argue now .......Anyway I miss sharing his bed even if it's just over night here and there. Does he still love me (have feelings 4 me) Or is it just that he comes to see me when she's in her 28 day cycle

If you have read Thomas Friedman's The World is Flat, or anything else on the topic, perhaps you can lend some insight. How should high schools prepare their students for their role in a global economy? What should go, what should get added, etc.
