For example, in some cultures learning to conform with social expectations comes first. In some, education is only for boys. In some, academic achievement is highly esteemed. In some creativity is appreciated, in others it tends to be suppressed. Similarly with spirituality.... wasn't a good idea for example in the Soviet Union. In some cultures, being kind and soft is appreciated, in others being hard and "cool" is. In some cultures, being highly sensitive is seen as shyness and you get to feel you shouldn't put yourself forward, in others its very approved and makes you friends. And so on. Many, many answers. Some cultures, you learn largely orally, others teach you to read at an early age and then throw books at you. Some cultures, you go to very noisy places with lots of kids, called "schools", others you learn in a quiet environment and learn to concentrate.
