Help me please, someone out there!
I have been struggling with this issue for several long weeks now and have decided that maybe, just maybe it is time to see the light The main problem is that I feel that my pride is getting in the way of the TRUTH. I know that the Christians can help me with my problem. If I tell my friends that God is calling me than I am afraid that they will laugh or disown me. Not all of them but a lot of them. I don't have a lot of friends to begin with as I am a loner.

What are your suggestions? Should I just be honest with them and mostly to myself? Or should I just walk away from them and seek out new Christian friends? Is it that simple?

Will I feel it immediately or will I need to have it soak in so to speak? Where do I go first to start to learn His word?

I am shaking and trembling as I type this. I just poured all of my alcohol down the drain and I had some marijuana that I crumbled up and flushed down the toilet. Am I being too hasty or what?

But I was thinking of calling the suicide hotline. But then I thought I don't want to be hospitalized. I stopped going to therapy 5-6 months ago and threw out my meds. I feel sick and want to throw up. Everything around me has speeded up. The worst thing is that I don't even have the guts to do it. Everyday that goes by it seems that there is nothing worth living for. Everything is just pointless. I just want it all to stop. I wish I would go to sleep and never wake up. Can't focus on anything. My head hurts so bad that I think its going to explode.

So if I called the suicide hotline and said these stuff would I be hospitalized cz I don't wanna. I just want to talk to someone. I was in therapy for 3 years but it didn't do anything.

I never get mad. Sometimes things will make me upset, but I don't physically doanything, i just kind of shrug it off and stop worrying about it almost instantly. People can **** around with me and do really stupid things and it doesn't make me mad at all. Is it okay to be like this or should i work on it? I guess its because i dont like confrontation, and i can be an asshole sometimes.. but sometimes imagine screaming at someone and it feeling so good.. i've never yelled at anybody before.

Almost all the Palestenians that I've met hate all other Arab countries and they believe that Saudi, Egypt and Jordan are the reason why their land is occupied, although it's written in history that Egypt has sent the largest number of soldiers in 1948 to defend Palestine yet nowadays Palestenians are bombing touristic places in Egypt!! Also, many Palestenians left their land and took the US, UK, Canadian, many European nationalities and became millionaires, and they blame other countries for not donating anything to their folks back home! And their dead leader Yasser Arafat left millions of dollards to his wife and daughter which was originally money acquired through donations!! I find that race difficult to understand... any help?

im an incredibaly shy person and i think affects my social life. ive always been shy but very outgoing around people i know fairly well. its kind of annoying since when i talk to someone new my face will turn red and theres not much i can do about it. also the problem seems to be getting worse when speaking to a group of people. in class today i had to present some stuff i thought was interesting or "cool" and i felt like a shaking chihuahua. i dont have too many friends since most of my friends were very religious and i became very non-religious. (this is not an attack on religion...just explaining my situation). is that part of affecting me to become more social?? anyway to get it better? i try to speak to more people....but its not very easy...

I get really nervous when I have to speak in front of my class. Sometimes I just stand there and nothing comes out of my mouth, and I've even cried before. In order to get my AA degree, I have to take a public speaking class. I have no idea how I'm going to get through it, just thinking about it makes me queasy. a hypnotist came to school and i volunteered. he had me look into his eyes as he told me to relax. when i did, i noticed his eyes were really sparkly and that i couldn't look away, even though i tried to. it was really weird. then he put me to sleep. anyone else ever do this?
