But I was thinking of calling the suicide hotline. But then I thought I don't want to be hospitalized. I stopped going to therapy 5-6 months ago and threw out my meds. I feel sick and want to throw up. Everything around me has speeded up. The worst thing is that I don't even have the guts to do it. Everyday that goes by it seems that there is nothing worth living for. Everything is just pointless. I just want it all to stop. I wish I would go to sleep and never wake up. Can't focus on anything. My head hurts so bad that I think its going to explode.

So if I called the suicide hotline and said these stuff would I be hospitalized cz I don't wanna. I just want to talk to someone. I was in therapy for 3 years but it didn't do anything.

Hey, you're not going to get hospitalized just because you feel that you need some help. Maybe they can help you find a better reason to live on this planet of ours (I hope they do). Obviously you still want to live, and I think that you already took the biggest step by admitting that to yourself (and me). Well, if it helps any, I still want you to live... Call the number if you feel that it's what you need, but the answer might be closer than you think.

Call them, they can't hospitalize you. They're there to talk you down from a dangerous point. It's all good....
Please consider returning to therapy, and getting new prescriptions. It's common to decide, "Hey, I'm Cured...I feel fine now...I don't need these meds..." When the actual reason you feel fine is that the meds are WORKING as they are intended to. That means the meds have kicked in for full effect. To keep feeling fine you have to keep on the meds. They are for long-term usage, not a quick fix.
But it's common to quit them like you've done, and it's nothing to be anxious or embarassed about telling your therapist. He or She has had many cases do the exact same thing, with the same result. You can get back to feeling better, just go through the process like you've done before. It will be better again, please don't give up now.

you need your meds back. you need to go back to therapy, and be honest in therapy or its no different than talking to your friends for free. i think you just want attention. why the dilemma of calling the suicide hotline, then the drama online here. we cant help you, only you can. if you think you are going to kill yourself, which necessitates a visit to the psych ward, then go there. obviously you dont want to die, because youd rather talk about it than do it. sounds like this has been going on for years, and you have a chemical imbalance in your brain. you shouldnt have thrown out your pills, because you need them, maybe forever. you need to look at this world differently. this world is not a place of peace and flowers. if someone told you it was, then they lied to you. this mortal life is a time for learning. things go wrong all the time, because we learn and grow from them. you need to change your frame of mind. you seem to be in the 'im a victim' mode, but you are only a victim if you choose to be. im guessing youre about 17, right. everyone feels this way when theyre 17. everyone has had childhood traumas. our society just slips them under the rug. dont be fooled by other peoples representation of themselves. besides, if you killed yourself, you would just be reborn to live this mortal life again, only harder. you cant pass this life up and just go to heaven, or whatever blissful easy place you are imagining. you will come back to this same place again and again and again until you get past it. you can do it. trust yourself. if you think you are REALLY thinking of killing yourself, then call the suicide hotline. go to the hospital, but DONT do it for attention, it wont be the kind you need.

I know this is going to sound like a cliche but suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

Call the hotline or call someone and talk to them. You definitely need to talk this out.

Email me at tipp10@yahoo.com and I'll talk to you if that's what you need.

There is no reason to do suicide, personally i think it is totally selfish to do suicide. there is always something to live for. find yourself a hobby. play video games. make friends! im not so good with this kind of stuff, im no phsycologist, but there is always something to live for. you just need to find it. it takes patience, but eventually you will find something. just dont give up.
