I never get mad. Sometimes things will make me upset, but I don't physically doanything, i just kind of shrug it off and stop worrying about it almost instantly. People can **** around with me and do really stupid things and it doesn't make me mad at all. Is it okay to be like this or should i work on it? I guess its because i dont like confrontation, and i can be an asshole sometimes.. but sometimes imagine screaming at someone and it feeling so good.. i've never yelled at anybody before.

Not good. You're suppressing it. There's nothing confrontational whatsoever about standing up for yourself and not being the object of jokes or the easy target when people are in a bad mood and think picking on you will make them feel better. Some day you may really blow up and lose your temper like worse than you ever thought capable of a person. Go to your library and check out some self help books on how to assert yourself!

Yes, it is. From our life we can see decent people, friends, colleagues, etc. who can cope with their work and daily lives admirably. I think it's up to oneself regarding one's behaviors, reflection, thinking, mind control, relaxation, physical exercises, religious practices, etc. that would definitely help him/her to never be mad. I like this quote by Albert Camus (1913-1960), one of the great French authors and a Nobel Prize recipient for Literature (Do you read his novels?), that is:
"An intellectual is someone whose mind watches itself."
This infers whenever one knows/watches his mind, he will be wise and sane. Take care and good luck.
